through our website. We operate from our location at 3333 Rue du Carrefour, Québec, QC G1C 5R9, and deliver
to customers in our service area.
We offer delivery services for the following brands:
- Pizza 73: Premium pizza delivery
- Pizzaiolo: Authentic Italian-style pizzas
- Sushi Shop: Fresh sushi and Japanese cuisine
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

- Extended Areas: Select suburbs and neighboring communities
- Service Area Verification: Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address
- Area Restrictions: Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may not be serviced

Delivery Time Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Estimated times are
provided for your convenience but may vary. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive updates via email and SMS (if provided) regarding your
order status, including when it's being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered.
6.3 Delivery Instructions
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information. If delivery cannot be
completed due to incorrect information, you may be charged additional fees for redelivery.
6.4 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout. Minimum order amounts may apply
for delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before preparation begins.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement without penalty. After this period, orders cannot

7.2 Refunds
Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
- Order cancelled within the cancellation window
- Quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery
- Incorrect items received
- Orders that cannot be delivered due to our error

We are committed to providing high-quality, fresh food prepared in accordance with health and safety

Pizza 73 or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Pizza 73 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
- We are not responsible for any food allergies or reactions unless we were notified in advance

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pizza 73, its officers, directors, employees, and agents
from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through our services
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of
Québec, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec for resolution
of any disputes.

issues amicably.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes,
internet failures, or acts of terrorism.
15. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time
- Change menu items, prices, and availability without notice
